Return & Refund Policy – hommy hub

At hommy hub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn / unused and undamaged

  • With all tags, accessories, and original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


3. How to Initiate a Return

After reviewing your request, we will:

  • Confirm whether the return is approved

  • Share the return address

  • Provide a return shipping label or instructions, depending on your pin code

Important:
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photo/video proof so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items, beauty products, and hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Gift Cards are also not eligible for returns.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time

  • If 15 business days have passed after refund approval and funds are not received, contact us at paepor786@gmail.com
